Why we started.
Open Line Studio was started by Sid, after seeing the same thing again and again: brilliant local businesses, with five-star reviews, losing customers simply because nobody could get hold of them.
A call missed at 7pm because the owner was with a client. A message that sat unanswered until morning. A customer who gave up and booked somewhere else.
None of that is about the work being any less good. It's about the line being closed. So we build websites that keep it open: they take bookings, answer questions and send reminders at any hour, while you get on with the job.
